Mit Beauty Store offers delivery within New Zealand only at this stage with standard shipping charge of $10 NZD on all orders below $150 NZD and free delivery on all orders $150 NZD and above.

Mit Beauty Store uses Courier Post, NZ Post or Post Haste for all deliveries. All parcels will be delivered to the provided address and sometimes it will require a signature on receipt. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours.

  • Orders are shipped Monday to Friday.
  • Orders are shipped via NZ post, Post Haste or Courier Post whichever is available. (Courier Post is not available for delivery on large parcels unless organised with us in advance of an order being processed.) We are quite happy to organise any order to be shipped via Courier Post if the customer requires the goods the next day, however it would be best to contact us either by email: order@mitbeautystore.co.nz so we can work out the costs for you in advance.
  • In-Stock orders are processed for Shipping withing 1-2 business days.
  • GST is applicable on all orders delivered within New Zealand and will be added to your order during the checkout procedure.
  • We do not charge extra for Rural Delivery.

Free New Zealand Delivery

We offer customers free delivery for orders over $150 NZD (inc gst) to an address in New Zealand. This discount will happen automatically in your checkout.

Delivery Time (New Zealand only):

  • In-stock orders normally ship within 1-2 business days.
  • Delivery to Non Rurual Addresses: 1-3 days (depending on service used).
  • Delivery to Rurual Addresses: 3-4 days

Tracking (New Zealand only):

All orders shipped within New Zealand are tracked.  Once your order has been shipped your tracking number and details of how to track your order will be emailed to you.

Shipping FAQ:

Can I combine multiple orders?

Yes you can combine multiple orders, however once an order as been packed for shipping it can no longer be combined with any other order.  Please email: order@mitbeautystore.co.nz us for queries on your orders.

Can I Ship to multiple locations/addresses?

Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple addresses. If you wish to send items to different addresses,  you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

Can I change the address of my order?

Yes, up until your order has been packed for shipping.  Please email: order@mitbeautystore.co.nz  us for queries on your orders.

Christmas Delivery Times

Mit Beauty Store will make every effort to get your gifts to you in time for Christmas however delivery cannot be guaranteed after 21st December.

How do a I place an order with Mit Beauty Store?

  • You can place your order online, through the website or by emailing us.
  • We do not accept mail order or postal orders.
  • We do accept PayPal

Product Availability:

What does Availability mean on the product page?

  • In Stock means a product is in stock and ready to ship
  • Out of Stock means that the product is not currently available and will return at some point. You can email us and we will let you know when a particular product will be back in stock.
  • Discontinued Items; these items will be removed from the site and no longer available.
  • You can check the stock availability at any point by just emailing us about the product in question and we will be happy to get back to you.

GST or Taxes:

Do You charge tax / GST ?

A Goods Service Tax (GST) is applied to all items shipped to a New Zealand destination, as shown on the product information. The total GST charges will be calculated for you before you place your order.

Payment Methods:

Credit/Debit Card
We accept Visa and Mastercard payments – it’s fast, easy and secure. Payment by credit or debit card is the best way to ensure your order gets to you as fast as possible. We also allow payments by Apple Pay and Google pay.

Afterpay
Afterpay offers instalment plans for online shoppers. Buy what you want today, and pay for it in 4 instalments interest-free.

Laybuy
We offer Laybuy for New Zealand orders. Pay for your items in 6 equal instalments, interest-free.

POLi Internet Banking
Not every Kiwi wants to pay online using a credit or debit card, or accrue debt with a Buy Now/Pay Later service. As many as a third also enjoy direct online payment options1, which is where POLi comes in.

Direct Credit / Internet Banking
You can pay directly into our account using Internet Banking or at your local branch. Your order will be sent once the payment has been cleared. Just select this option during the checkout process and our account details will be provided. Please make payment within 24 hours of ordering to prevent your order being canceled.

Promotion and Discount Codes

Redeem your discount code or promotion code in the discount code box in your shopping cart.  You can only use one discount/promotion code per order.

Order Status

  • Pending: Your order has been accepted and will be processed shortly
  • Processing: Your order items are currently being gathered and packe readying them for shipping. Your credit card has been fully charged at this stage.
  • Complete: Your order has been shipped.

Change or Cancel an Order:

Changes
We try very hard to process and ship your order as qucikly as possible. If you do have to make changes to your order please do so via email as soon as you can. Once your order has reached the complete stage of its process it can no longer be changed.

Cancel an Order
You can cancel your order at any time up until it has been shipped. You will need to contact us via email and we will attended to the cancellation for you. If the order is still in the Pending stage your credit card will not have been charged, however is the order is in the Processing stage we will refund your credit card the entire amount of the order. If the order is in the Complete stage you cannot cancel the order as it has already been shipped.

We are very serious about your privacy and the the security of our site.  We will not rent or sell your name, address, email address, credit card information or personal information to any third party. Also you will notice in the URL bar on the left hand side of your browser a small lock will appear signalling that you are in a secure area. You can also click on this lock at any time and view the digitial certificate.

We want to you love everything you buy from Mit Beauty Store, so please do not hesitate to contact us with any concerns.

If your item arrives broken or faulty, please contact us within 10 days of purchase. We will offer the option of a full refund or replacement if the item has arrived faulty. Unfortunately we can not guarantee a refund of the cost of posting your items back to us but may offer this at our discretion.

Please choose your items carefully as we can not offer refunds or replacements due to ‘change of mind’ purchases, only in the instance where the item has arrived broken or faulty.

Please keep all original packaging if there is an issue with your order. If you receive an incorrect item, please do not open or use it, we can not process returns on used items.

If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, please email us. If we are able to catch it in time, we can issue a store credit for the value of the order. Unfortunately orders that are already with the Courier can not be canceled. Please think carefully before placing your order, we work really hard to get all orders out with overnight delivery so often it’s hard to locate an order before it’s with the Courier.

Please note also that colours shown are an indication only and often appear different between different computers & phones. Please let us know if you think an image or swatch is inaccurate.
